Fabric Layerpoint, Level 7, 45 Paliashvili Street, Tbilisi 0179, is the controller of personal data described here. Email hello@fabric-layerpoint.digital. Telephone +995 32 555 6380.
We handle personal data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and other applicable Georgian rules.
Inquiries. Name, email address, mill or plant name, the kind of quality work you chose, a preferred visit week if you gave one, and the message. We also see ordinary technical logs our host may keep (such as IP address and time of a form post).
Engagements. Names and roles of the people you introduce on site, telephone numbers you give us to arrange a gate time, and the quality records you choose to share (lot tickets, buyer letters, lab sheets). Those records often contain names of operators or supervisors; we treat them as plant confidential.
Office visits. If you come to Paliashvili Street, a visitor book may hold your name and time of arrival.
We do not ask for passport numbers, bank passwords, or health information on the contact form, and you should not send them.
We reply to inquiries, plan visits, write briefings, invoice, and keep the accounting trail Georgian law expects. The legal bases are your request to enter a contract (or steps before a contract), our legitimate interest in running a small practice, and legal obligation for invoices.
Inquiry emails and form copies are kept for twenty-four months if no engagement follows, then deleted from our mailbox archive unless a legal claim requires a longer hold. Engagement files, including listed copies of mill records, are kept until the briefing is accepted and any refund window closes, then returned or destroyed except for invoice data, which we keep for the period Georgian tax rules require. Cookie consent stored in your browser under fabricLayerpoint_cookieConsent lasts until you clear it or we change the key on a future notice.
We do not sell names. We share what is needed with:
Mill records are not used to train a public model and are not posted on this site.
Our ordinary files stay with the practice in Georgia. If a hosting or email provider stores a copy outside Georgia, we use a provider that offers a contract and safeguards acceptable under Georgian data protection rules. Buyer letters you already received from abroad remain your documents; we do not forward them onward except as you instruct.
Subject to the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. Write to hello@fabric-layerpoint.digital. We may need to confirm who is asking.
Operators named only on mill tickets should usually route a request through the mill that holds those tickets. We will still help where we hold a copy.
This site and our visits are for mill and plant professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will update this notice when our practice changes. The date of the current text is the publication date of this website.
