Quality work

Monthly quality brief

A standing visit or records reading each month, so the Friday meeting has a drawn week rather than a pile of tickets.

Garments hanging in a production or showroom rail
Time on site

One day each month, or a remote reading of tickets you send

Where

Your plant, with the Tbilisi office as fallback for records-only months

How it is priced

From 1,100 GEL each month, quoted for a six-month stretch

For plants that already had the first visit

A monthly brief is for a mill or sewing plant that has already sat through a Plant Quality Review and wants the same drawing of the week, again, without reopening the whole site. It is not a subscription to software. It is a person who knows your lot numbers and your inspection table.

Each month we take the tickets you send — or we spend a day on site — and we produce a short brief: the defects that moved, the lots that should be held, and the one argument worth putting on the Friday agenda.

What is included

  • A standing date, usually the last Thursday before your quality meeting
  • A four-to-six page brief in English
  • A telephone reading with your quality lead the day the brief arrives
  • One on-site day in any month you prefer, within the quoted travel area

What is excluded

We do not attend every shift handover. We do not replace your quality clerk. Months with a buyer audit or a dye-lot crisis can be expanded into a Plant Quality Review; that is a separate quote, not an automatic upgrade.

How it is priced

From 1,100 GEL a month on a six-month understanding. You may end the stretch with thirty days’ notice after the third brief. Deposits and unused months are described on the refund page.
