Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you request a plant visit, a lot reading, a capability study, or a monthly brief from Fabric Layerpoint.
These terms apply when you request a plant visit, a lot reading, a capability study, or a monthly brief from Fabric Layerpoint.
Fabric Layerpoint is the practice named on this site, with its office at Level 7, 45 Paliashvili Street, Tbilisi 0179. Telephone +995 32 555 6380. Email hello@fabric-layerpoint.digital. References to “we” and “us” mean that practice. “You” means the mill, sewing plant, or person who asks us to work.
A visit is accepted when we send a written estimate and you reply in agreement, or when you pay the deposit named on that estimate. Using this website does not, by itself, create an engagement. If these terms conflict with a signed visit plan, the visit plan prevails for that engagement only.
We provide on-site quality reading, written briefings, and related conversations as described on this site and in the visit plan. We do not sell software, cloth, machines, or laboratory accreditation. We do not guarantee a first-pass yield, a buyer acceptance, or a shade result. Outcomes on the floor depend on settings, materials, and people we do not employ.
On your site we follow your safety instructions, visitor register, and photography rules. We will not override a lock-out or enter a range that your own staff may not enter. You remain responsible for the plant, the workers, and the lots.
Lot tickets, buyer letters, and lab sheets you show us are your records. We may copy what the visit plan lists. We will not publish mill names, lot numbers, or defect counts without your written leave. We return or destroy copies when the engagement closes, except for the minimum invoice record required by Georgian accounting rules.
You own the bound briefing we deliver for your plant, including the defect rankings and lot comments written for that visit. We own our methods, blank forms, and the way we draw a week of tickets. You may use the briefing inside your company and with a named buyer for the lots discussed. You may not resell the briefing or present it as a general manual for other plants.
Fees are in Georgian lari unless the estimate says otherwise. A deposit holds a visit week. The balance is due as stated in the estimate. Late payment may pause a monthly brief. Taxes required by Georgian law are added where they apply.
We prepare briefings with care from the tickets and floor time you allow. We are not liable for lost orders, buyer claims, or production stoppages. If a court finds we are liable despite this clause, our liability is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where Georgian law does not allow that limit.
Client stories use first names and a role unless a plant has given written permission for more. We do not place secret lot numbers on public pages.
Text and images on this website are for information. Rates are starting points. A quote is the figure that binds. We may change these pages without notice. Links to other sites are not our responsibility.
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have as a consumer under Georgian law.
Questions about these terms: hello@fabric-layerpoint.digital, or the address and telephone above.
